Looking to help others? First Contact has multiple volunteer opportunities. All volunteers must be at least 18 years old with the ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check in the State of Florida.
Recently retired and 60+ years old and looking to volunteer at First Contact? We have various administrative support opportunities and can work with you on how you would like to serve. Opportunities are available Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm and training is provided.

If you have a passion for informing friends, family and colleagues about local community services available to them, First Contact has various opportunities available throughout the year. Help educate community members on the availability of 211, 988 as well as other First Contact services at various community events, such as back to school and community health fairs.

We care about seniors in our community! Corporations and groups come to First Contact for a day to bring some sunshine and cheer to Pinellas County seniors who are 65 years and older to listen, care, make sure they are okay, and let them know their community is there for them. Senior Hope Day volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
