The Pinellas Rapid Re-Housing Collaborative works to place individuals and families with minor children into permanent housing with up to six months of rental and utility deposit and payment assistance. Case Management services are provided through the Rapid Re-Housing System Teams at St. Vincent de Paul South Pinellas. All payments to vendors on behalf of individuals and families submitted by St. Vincent De Paul South Pinellas are completed by First Contact who acts as the fiscal administrators for the Rapid Re-Housing project. Oversight and policy guidance is provided by the funds from the City of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County Human Services.
Referrals to this project are ONLY made from the Pinellas Homeless Leadership Alliance (HLA) Housing Prioritization Master List.

Referrals from the Pinellas HLA Housing Prioritization Master List are made based on vulnerability score which means the most vulnerable clients get helped first. Make sure that your contact information (phone and email address) are correct in HMIS and that the HLA staff knows where to find you when the referral for services is made.
